Broc Cellars believes that true character comes from using only sustainibly, organically, or biodynamically grown grapes from areas that most would consider marginal climates. This has led them tochoose grapes from vineyards that have to struggle to survive. The grapes are pitchforked whole-cluster into the fermenters.
